In order to properly communicate the stories of its almost four thousand employees and to be the benchmark for employer branding, People magazine needed to find its voice.
We had the ambition to delve deeper into the life of the staff member we selected for the cover story. What inspires them apart from their job? Are they living in an environment that supports sustainability and has access to great food? We were aiming to surprise readers with our story.
The revamp of the trilingual magazine (English, German and Chinese) focused on giving it a more personable touch, which created a new and unprecedented level of connection that the employees found to be invigorating.
